Delivery Policy

Stock Items are usually shipped same day or within 24 hours of Order Confirmation.

Non stocked pre-manufactured items are usually shipped within 5- 6 business days.

We ship by the customer's requested level of service and quote delivery dates provided by the shippers, as we have no control over the package once it leaves our premises we are not responsible for delays in delivery by shippers or freight carriers due to weather or for any other reason and offer no refunds due to such a delay. Once your package leaves our facility it this the responsibility of the shipper, we assume no responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, those claims need to be made directly with the shipper. We retain proof of shipping and will gladly share that information with you should you need to make a claim.

General Returns Policy:

If you decide to return an item that you ordered, you are required to notify us within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at returns@realcatholic.com to begin the returns process.Do not send anything back to us until we contact you to process your return at which time you will be given a RA# that must accompany your return; you may be responsible for shipping fees. When shipping the product back to us it is recommended that you use a trackable method to insure that we receive the returned item. It may take up to 10 days to process returns once they arrive at our facility. If the return is not the result of our error, the shipping costs of the returned item will be your responsibility.

Please keep the original shipping container and packing material, this may be required for damage claims. Items returned for reasons other than damage are not required to have the original shipping container however you are responsible that the packaging is adequate to protect the item returned. The returned item must be in saleable condition with all labels and original packaging intact. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

Orders Returned After 30 Days:

Orders that were purchased  more than 30 days ago may not be eligible for return. If an item is accepted for return after 30 days from purchase you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

Books and Electronic Media are returnable for defects only and will be replaced with a like item. Engraved Jewelry is not returnable. 14kt Jewelry will incure a 25% restocking charge if we are notified within 30 days of purchase, 14kt Jewelry is not returnable after 30 days.
